Sewer and main-line issues are different from most plumbing problems because you can’t see what’s actually wrong — and digging in the wrong place, or without properly locating utilities first, turns a repair job into a much bigger one. Recurring sewer backups, sudden sinkholes in the yard, or a main line that’s collapsed or root-infiltrated usually can’t be fixed from the surface; the line has to be exposed to be repaired or replaced properly.

Every excavation starts with locating utilities and diagnosing the actual cause — often with a camera inspection first — so we dig exactly where it’s needed, not more than that. Our crews are licensed and insured for underground work, follow proper shoring and safety protocols, and restore the surface once the line is repaired or replaced.
